Cheques and postal orders
If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us to make sure your order is all in stock, then make your cheque payable to Bangdrum CIC and send it with a short note confirming your order to:

Returns

You are covered by the UK distance selling regulations. If you change your mind about a product within 7 days and wish to return it you may do so. You are under a legal 'duty of care' to keep any goods in good condition until they reach us in good re-saleable condition. Our policy on refunds is to follow the law which states that full refunds must be provided for goods returned to us in good condition.
Educational Establishments
We welcome orders from schools, colleges, prisons or other government bodies who wish to order by requisition. Just send us you official order as an email attachment to accounts@bangdrum.co.uk, or by post to Bangdrum CIC, Special Orders, The Creative Media Centre, 216 Chapel Street, Salford, M36FA. We will send you an invoice on return with the goods. Please note you must open an account with us first to enable you to be eligible for this service.
